Volunteers / Field placement students / Future staff:

• In various fields that can help develop and strengthen our mission and values.

• Active leadership presence in a particular program or service. 

• Social media.

• "Behind the scenes" and office management. 

• Being a team member in the planning and implementation of special events and fundraisers.

Board members:

• Engaged and responsible citizens and skilled (from various fields) professionals who can contribute to the successful direction and growth of Youth Ambition Montréal.

• That can help with financial stability, grant research, and sponsorship.
